This year, the ROCC Fellowship is designed specifically for organizers and leaders in Texas. Our ideal instructor is someone with 15+ years of social justice leadership experience who has a passion for leadership development/mentorship, has done considerable work in the state of Texas, and who will be available to help facilitate two week-long programs, as well as be available to the cohort participants in between week-long programs as a mentor. Director of Fellowships, Leadership for Social Justice
LDSJ is hiring a Director of Fellowships to lead program development and curriculum for both early-career and mid-career fellowships. Key responsibilities include leading fellowship team meetings and collaborating with communications staff on program materials. This position also involves working with Co-Executive Directors on grant proposals and impact reporting. The ideal candidate will have relationships and work to build new relationships with different types of social justice organizations - from community organizing to national advocacy organizations, policy think tanks to government offices, labor unions to movement organizations.
